What are Open Up: Photo Review nights?
An informal social evening held every 12 weeks for anyone interested in learning how to deconstruct a photograph in order to understand its complexities. On review nights, anonymous photographs are projected onto a screen and anyone can provide feedback on what they see; deconstructing the image and creating a dialog about each photo.
With the assistance of professional photographers and WAO Photoguides, this photo study looks at the subtlety found in great images and how this makes a huge impact in creative photography. You will gain confidence in discussing photographs, which in turn helps you create photographs that make a powerful impact. This is a great opportunity to meet and connect with other photographers who share your passion.
