Overview
All of our workshops focus on the basic principles you need to enter the inspired world of creative photography. We move in small groups of 8 so you will receive plenty of one to one coaching in photography techniques and instructions on how to experiment with your camera functions.
About the adventure
On this adventure we will introduce to you one of Sydney's oldest precincts. The finger wharfs of Walsh Bay have been repurposed and turned into an attractive charming and photogenic set for creative photography. We explore the lanes, stairways, piers, and spots within the area some of which are not know even by locals. This area also hosts a lot of art and dance related theatres. Walsh Bay is multi layered and we get the opportunity to shoot at sea level as well as from hig above overlooking the harbour and charm of the iconic structures that populate the foreshore. We explore different routes around this region depending on the light so you can join this adventure multiple times and still shoot uniques images every time. Learn how to observe light, shape, perspective and people. You will also learn the important skill of timing to express and communicate ideas in your photographs.

We will encourage you and help you experiment with your photos You will feel empowered by your own ideas resulting in confidence as a photographer. Our goal is to enable you to understand how to apply a photographers mindset to make your camera create unique photographs which you can turn into art for your home or books that tell your story.
