All photographers get to the stage where they would like to take more creative photos. Learning to use your camera in manual mode is the first step in that direction. We have a tested method to deliver step by step formula which every beginner can understand and practice immediately.
You will learn from Professional photographer and founder of WeAreObservers, Shane Rozario. Being in a small group, you will receive lots of attention and personalised coaching. We use simple logic and simple language to explain everything you need to know to make shooting in manual mode enjoyable. Our practical approach means won't have to remember anything.
You will reach a new level in your photography after this workshop.
Manual photography allows photographers to develop a personal style. This workshop is essential if you'd like to explore creative photo workshops like special FX using filters, night photography, Astro photography, light Painting and slow shutter photography amongst many other genres.
About your Photo mentor
Shane Rozario is a commercial photographer. He began his journey to photography in 1998 when he found himself on Ben Harpers UK tour as the unofficial photographer. He works with designers, architects, hotels, advertising agencies and a host of small to big organisations creating content and marketing material for websites and printed material. He is a passionate and creative photographer and regularly speaks on Creative photography for camera clubs and private groups around Sydney.
Steps of the Art Gallery of NSW, The Domain. We will head into the botanical gardens for our session.
What you will need
- Camera with a lens (Zoom or fixed)
- Fully charged battery and a fully charged spare battery
- Empty memory card and a spare memory card (if you have one)
- A lightweight tripod
